Pink & Retro

Floral dress - c/o Love Struck / / Sunglasses - c/o ZeroUV / / Hat - Oasap / / Brown belt - Vintage / / Pink leather jacket - Lipsy /

After 3 days or horrific wind here in the North East, the sun finally came out and it was calm enough to wear a floaty floral dress; without showing the street your knickers. I know it's way too premature to be thinking of summer attire, let alone wear a summer dress in February, but i couldn't resist being girly today. Ive been itching to wear this vintage looking floral dress. Ive styled it with a pink 'petticoat like' skirt which made it stick out a touch like a 40's style dress. Feeling pretty in pink i added a frilly leather jacket; which is years old and nude oversized retro sunglasses.

I feel a little rusty back in front of the camera after the long break i had at christmas, But this camera makes such a difference to my pictures. I know, obviously! but in order to get a good picture with my old camera, i had to stand perfectly still and then it wouldn't guarantee me an in focus photo. With the 6D; once you have your settings right, it was just point and shoot. I promise to get more creative.
